Our founders created Orega after seeing the flaws in the traditional lease model, with tenants re-negotiating terms and exercising break clauses during economic downturns.

Our business model is fundamentally different. We specialise in management agreements, which are more stable and profitable than leases - and we have delivered above-market returns to landlords over the last 20 years.

We provide a concierge-style service with professionally trained staff and generous communal spaces, offering more desk space per person than our competitors.
